1.Product Introduction

Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) micropowder possesses various excellent characteristics of fluorinated polymer materials. Its molecular structure is extremely stable, featuring outstanding flame retardancy, chemical and corrosion resistance, high electrical properties, excellent wear resistance, non-stick properties, temperature change resistance, and weather resistance. It also has good dispersibility and can be uniformly blended. It is widely used in various coatings for chemically corrosive environments, as well as exterior coatings for high-rise buildings, hull coatings, coil coatings, highway facility coatings, etc.

3.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1 Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

3.2Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net weight of (20±0.2) kg per drum. Each drum shall include a product certificate containing: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, and production date. Special packaging requirements shall be agreed upon between the supplier and the customer.

3.3Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept free from moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it should be protected from moisture and severe vibration.
